An insights session: asked why activation dropped after the Android release, the agent names the day, the platform and the screen, proposes two GA4 key events, and writes the activation brief on the right
Ask why activation dropped. Duct reads GA4, Clarity and Stripe either side of the release, names the screen, and proposes what to track so next week’s brief can prove the fix.

Connects to the tools you already use

The Problem

The answer is already in your tools.
But no one is connecting the dots.

  • Mixpanel says feature use is steady. Clarity shows users rage-clicking through setup. You do not know which signal deserves priority.
  • GrowthBook says the rollout hit 100%. HubSpot says confusion continues. Clarity shows users still getting stuck in the same flow.
  • You spend 3 hours a week manually aggregating data that should take 10 minutes.

How it works

Connect. Ask. Approve.

01

Connect your stack

One-click OAuth to Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, GrowthBook, GA4 and HubSpot. Reporting needs read access only; nothing is exported by hand.

02

Ask the question

Type it the way you would ask a colleague. Duct reads every connected tool for it, shows the sources, and a second agent re-checks the numbers before you see them.

03

Approve the change

When the answer is a change, it arrives as a change set with a preview and a guardrail check. Apply it, or don’t. It remembers either way.

What it does

What it does for a PM.

One question and its answer: why activation dropped, read from GA4, Clarity and Stripe, naming the day, the platform and the screen

Why did activation drop?

When
A number moves on Monday and nobody knows why.
Today
Mixpanel, Clarity and GrowthBook in three tabs, three hours, still a guess.
With Duct
It reads all of them for the one question and answers with the cause, the sources, and the change it proposes.
A change-set card: pause one campaign, one change blocked by a guardrail, Reject and Apply buttons

Acts, with your approval

When
The answer is “mark that GA4 event” or “pause that campaign”.
Today
A ticket to engineering, or you do it by hand and forget to tell anyone.
With Duct
A change set with a preview and a guardrail check. It applies when you press Apply, and not before.
The Memory timeline: a CPA target, a decision, an event, and what the agent learned this week

Remembers the decision

When
Next week’s question depends on last week’s call.
Today
A Notion doc nobody re-reads before asking again.
With Duct
Targets, decisions and what it learned, on a timeline you can correct. The next answer starts from there.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Duct for product intelligence?

An open-source AI agent that reads Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, GrowthBook, GA4 and HubSpot together. Ask why activation dropped and it answers with the cause and its sources, proposes a change, applies it when you approve, and remembers the decision for next time.

What tools does Duct connect to, and how hard is setup?

Duct connects to Mixpanel, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, GrowthBook, HubSpot, Stripe, RevenueCat and Google Ads with one-click OAuth. Setup takes under five minutes and your first daily PM briefing arrives in your inbox after connecting.

Is my product data safe with Duct?

Your data is encrypted in transit via TLS, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser. Duct reads your tools to build the brief and changes nothing in them unless you approve a specific change first. Access is scoped to the project members you invite, and you can disconnect a source or delete your data at any time.

How is Duct different from using Mixpanel dashboards directly?

Single-tool dashboards show isolated metrics. Duct correlates product analytics, session behaviour, experiment results and revenue signals so you can prioritise what to ship next without manual correlation.

Does Duct for product intelligence cost anything?

Free with your own keys, always. Duct is MIT licensed: you pay your model provider directly, or sign in with the ChatGPT plan you already have. A paid plan later bundles the models for teams that would rather hold no keys; nothing open today moves behind it. What will cost money is spelled out on the open-source page.

What does an answer actually look like?

A short reply in the chat with the finding and the change it proposes, and a brief beside it: the numbers it used, the sources it read, and a checklist of what to do this week. Every number is re-checked by a second agent before it reaches you, and the brief is saved and versioned in the project.
